For over 10 years, we lived through it.
The pain of not finding good food, being sick all the time, and feeling left out at social gatherings as a child — all of it.

But in those tough years, we were also experimenting with recipes, making everything from scratch, and building a 100% gluten-free kitchen.
And in 2021, we launched Glutena.

We wanted to share what we had created with the world, so no one ever has to miss out on good food again.
